Since the Others have a habit of calling people by their last name (PIcket, Shepherd, Austen, Ford), could we be looking at Jacob?

On a cast list it said her name was Isobel, no last name given, so great theory. You still have to remember that thing in the video "God loves you as He loved Jacob", but I'd love it if this was Jacob. The Others being run by women would be awesome! I wonder if she's somehow related to Ben.
