Mom Is Coming Home

We hired a contractor to put an additional banister to our staircases. They went from this




Here's what mom's legs looked like in the emergency room. Her left leg was shorter, indicating that she broke her femur near the hip. Hip breakage is also diagnosed with the leg on the broken side being shorter and turned out.

When mom was in the hospital, you could see that she was not feeling well.

Here she is working hard on her walker. She told me that her goal is to eventually use a cane only. Knowing her, she will accomplish that.
