Thoughts as I Watched Episode:5X06: 316

I thought that this episode was really boring. I love the scenes that are on the Island more than the scenes off the island. But I understood the need for this filler episode. We needed to know how they got on the island. But nonetheless, it was not a good episode. Interestingly, this episode was written by Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse. I usually like the episodes that they write. But not this one.

My thoughts that were typed as I watched this show :

1. New DHARMA Station: Lampost 

2. Jack to Ben: Did you know about this place?

Ben: No 

3. Jack to Eloise: Is he telling the truth?

Eloise: Probably not 

4. Answers are given out by Eloise. 

5. Electrical Magnetic Energy 

6. The island could not be found originally. The pendulum started looking where it was going to be I space and time. The island is always moving. That’s why they were not rescued 

7. Certain point in time you can enter the island through one of it’s open window (portal). 

8. Their windows close in 36 hours. 

9. Desmond does not want to go back 

10. Confirmed: Eloise is Faraday’s mother. 

11. Island is not done with Desmond. 

12. Desmond to Jack: Ignore Eloise 

13. The one commercial airline that goes over the island: Ajira. 316 

14. All of them need to be on it. It must be flight 316. 

15. They must recreate the earlier circumstances. 

16. All have to come back. If not, the results are unpredictable. 

17. Jack to Eloise: Goal is to get on the flight and hope that it works. 

Eloise: Not for you Jack. 

18. Jack gets Locke’s suicide note. 

19. Locke is the proxy, the substitute, for Jack’s father at the time flight 815 took off. 

20. They must recreate original flight. John had to die to recreate the circumstances. 

21. Will it work? Leap of faith. 

22. Ben praying? 

23. More answers? 

24. Thomas, the apostle.

25. Thomas needed to touch Jesus’ wounds to be convinced. They will all need to believe.
    

26. Jack is crying again. This one is OK. Drinking again? No shit. 

27. Love the half blue and half white shadow on Jack’s face. Will he meet an Anna Lucia alike? 

28. Ray? 

29. Who is Ray? He packed his bag. Is he leaving on a jet plane. (Oh, God, I’m so witty.) 

30. Grandfather? He looked like Jack 

31. Jack found his dad’s shoes 

32. So Christian was to become Jacob 

33. I knew that it was Kate who came to see Jack. 

34. She will go back. Why? 

35. For Sawyer? Aaron is gone? 

36. What happened to Aaron? Why can’t Jack ask? WTF is wrong with these LOST people? I’d be hitting the shit out of her to let me know what happened to my nephew 

37. I hate their kissing. I’m so sick and tired of Jate. And now Kate will be back, and we will have Skate and “Sajate.” LOL 

38. Ben has been beaten. Sayid? 

39. Is Jill Annie? 

40. Who is the man who wished Jack his condolences? Why was he made up to look like a terrorist? 

41. Sayid was arrested. He is coming onboard like Kate did on flight 815. 

42. Hurley is there. 

43. Guitar! A little bit of Charlie.

44. Hurley prevents others to fly. He’s a good man 

45. Ben is beat up 

46. Jack to Ben: What will happen to these people onboard?

Ben: Who cares? (Ben you are a jerk.) 

47. How horrible is it to know that you will crash? 

48. Frank J. Lapidus is the pilot? 

49. OMFG, Lapidus didn’t know that he is destined to crash after all. 

50. Ulysses?  Ben’s mother taught him how to read? Ben’s mother died after giving birth. Ben just lies and lies. 

51. Suicide letter to Jack needs to be read by Jack. Keeps coming back to him. 

52. Ben lied. He can come back to the island 

53. Jin?

I really enjoyed this episode, but I've been bored to tears lately by the on-island episodes.

Either way, I'm glad everyone who needs to be is back on the island now. Should get interesting, I hope...
