New Attitude: Eating Healthy
Dec. 29th, 2008 12:06 pmI now have to watch my cholesterol, in addition to watching my glucose intake, and my thyroid levels. So I started eating egg beaters instead of eggs:
Didn't smell the greatest and the taste was not as good without the cholesterol-producing yolk.

So, I added ketchup, and, as Garrison Keillor says, "Ketchup contains natural mellowing agents. Its festive red color really brightens up almost any dish."

Lunch was simple: Catfish, cranberry sauce, and broccoli, and cauliflowers, and no starch.
