We are so lucky that McCain didn't win the election. Fox News, no less, is exposing how uninformed (I'm using this word to be diplomatic, because I really want to say dumb) she really is:

I'm pretty amazed, but only on Fox would you get that much airtime for Republicans. They may not be fair and balanced, but they do give their side airtime they don't get elsewhere.

The problem with some (not all) beautiful women is that they know they will get about a 50% pass on their looks and they play on that. Palin is one who came across to me as one who used her looks and flirtation nature to get her way. I mean come on, WINKING in a debate for vice-president of the United States? That isn't folksey or hockey-mom-ish, that is just unprofessional and vampy. There is no way she would have been taken seriously by foreign leaders.

Prior to this campaign I had always liked John McCain. I supported him in 2000. But his selection of Caribou Barbie turned me from a kinda-sorta Obama supporter to a phone-calling, door-knocking, $-donating Obama fanatic. Now I'm just praying the man can meet the supernatural expectations of him!
