Hey - I have a fence-related dog story for you. My sis and bil were living in sacramento and they had this big yard surrounded by a wooden fence. The dogs were able to sort of burrow a bit under the fence, but not get out. One guy came by walking his dog and the dog stuck his paw under the fence to play around or fight or whatever, and my sis's big dog engaged it and all of a sudden my sis heard a yelp. Two minutes later the dude walking the dog rings the doorbell and says that my sis's dog scraped one of his dog's "toes" off and he was going to sue my sister and bil. My bil came out and told the man to GTFO before he kicks his ass into the next county and makes him take a dirtnap. The guy left but he never sued.

OMG, dog abuse by dogs. What a concept. That man should've have known better than to let his dog put his paw inside the fence. That's another dog's territory, for crying out loud.
