Well, at least you are not a hypocrite as Sarah Palin is. She is pro-life and pro-capital punishment, as well as hunting and killing animals for sport.
However, I am a LIBERAL Democrat, who is prochoice, antideath penalty, and antihunting animals for fun. I believe in gun control and that not everybody should have a right to own one. I believe gay people should get married if they want to and should be able to adopt children. I believe that the poor should be helped and the rich should be taxed (and hubby and I make enough money to be part of that tax bracket). Those are some of my very "controversial" beliefs. I do believe that people ought to get along regardless of their beliefs. And, like greyrider I believe that the government should stay out making decisions for my body. And, I, too, don't think that my beliefs are particularly awful.
