That is so adorable. Can't say I really hear "I love you," but I can certainly hear that this little guy is SO HAPPY to be in a loving home. I am so moved by abused animals. Some figure when they've made it to a good home, how lucky they are and they NEVER stop letting you know how grateful they are. Never.
