 So my favorite author is giving a public talk right in my neighborhood. Now I just have to find out how to go about accessing a seat and then convincing hubby—who is not as much of a fan, but likes him anyway—that he really wants to spend a Tuesday night in Washington, DC (something he absolutely hates).

Thank you. I hope that I do get to go. I saw him twice on his radio show, one concert, and now a talk. This would be awesome. If I can't get Brian, I am sure that I can get one or both of my girl friends who like him as well.

I didn't know that about Whoopi. I hope that the thickets are nto very high. The show Frankenstein is charging $450.00 per orchetra seat.

I have no idea why so expensive. I was watching a talk show on PBS about theatre and they announced this tidbit. The producer said that they are keeping the price of the tickets, since people are buying them. I wouldn't.

Interesting. I didn't know the National Cathedral ran a lecture series. I signed up for their email updates, since it seems like they get some interesting people.

I don't have the money to pay for changing my ticket. Not to mention, I really wouldn't have the money for a ticket to see GK.

Can you make absolutely sure? I just checked on my airline reservations and I can change my ticket, as of right now, anyway, without any additional costs! But... I would need to make sure I can stay where I'm staying an extra day. The only thing is, if I leave on Monday, my parents were going to take me to the airport. By leaving a day later, I lose my ride.

I'm not afraid of dogs. Would I need to leave by a certain time? I just need to know what time to change my ticket to. Also, are you absolutely sure GK tix are free? And can you reserve them to guarantee we have them?
