LOST—Episode 4X11: Question

Did anybody notice that the doctor washed ashore before he actually got killed on the freight? There is some weird time travel on that island.

If you don't know what I am talking about, let me refresh your memory. The doctor washed ashore. His throat was slit. Keamy  was already on the island and was capturing Alex.

One of the crewmen made a comment to the doctor while hew as alive that the guys on the island had sent him a morse code message telling him that the doctor was already dead.

And yeah, it's been super strongly hinted at that the island isn't quite on the same time track as the rest of the world.
