This is an awesome Mobisode
Jan. 28th, 2008 09:45 am[We see the jungle and hear someone running. The view is low to the ground. We hear panting. It’s Vincent. He passes open suitcases and sniffs them. He hears a whistle. We see legs. It’s Christian. Vincent runs up to him. Christian talks to Vincent.]
Christian: Hey there. Come on. Come on. Come on. Good boy. Come on. Come here. Come here. Good boy. Yes. [He leans down and pets him.] I need you to go find my son. He’s over there in that bamboo forest, unconscious. I need you to go wake him up. Ok. Go on.
[Vincent whines and runs off.]
Christian: He has work to do.
[We see Jack’s eye open just like the beginning of the pilot. Jack wakes up slowly, looks around, sees Vincent come through the jungle. Vincent whines, runs by him, and runs off. LOST black screen.]

Date: 2008-01-28 04:53 pm (UTC)BTW, I wasn't sure whether it would load or not. LJ is such a pain sometimes. I can't see videos at work. Only those from photobucket. Duh.....
When I get home, I will try to fix it. Meanwhile, you could follow the link and go to Dark's site.

Date: 2008-01-28 05:06 pm (UTC)Jack of Jay and Jack Lostpodcast was at the ComicCon this past summer and asked Darlton the question regarding the existence of the underwater hatch and whether it was connected to the cable that Sayid found in Season 1. The two producers denied it with a poker face, only to have the underwater hatch surface in "Through the Looking Glass," and it was attached to the cable that Sayid found in S. 1.
I don't trust Darlton at all.
Of course, another thought popped into my head as I typed the earlier paragraphs. Christian may have Christ-like powers. He may have risen from the dead.
Moreover, in the "Through the Looking Glass" episode, during Jack's flashback, we get the hint that Christian is alive. The scenes are a bit ambiguous (what scene in LOST is not ambiguous?), as there is a possibility that Jack is hallucinating under the drugs that he is taking, but nonetheless, there is that hint that Christian was not dead after all.
Did I tell you that I love LOST?

Date: 2008-01-28 05:11 pm (UTC)As far as TTLG, they wanted us to think Christian was alive because they didn't want us to know it was a FFW. Jack was probably so stoned and/or drunk he had no clue what he was saying. Or he still throws his father's name around, even though he's dead. That's what I think, anyawy. Not to mention, how the hell would Jack handle knowing his father is alive, after seeing his body in the morgue? Can you imagine? Man of little or no faith.

Date: 2008-01-28 05:22 pm (UTC)As far as TLG, I did say that the Christian references were left ambiguous to throw us off. But which way did they want to throw us off? I can't say much about that episode because I knew what the entire episode was about. (I was given a huge spoiler for which I am a bit more careful now.) Hence, I can't respond about the effect that those scenes had on those who did not know that it was a flahsforward.
I was perfectly willing to forget about the theory that Christian was Jacob. But now having seen the mobisode and the screencap from one of the trailers, I am really perplexed again.

Date: 2008-01-28 05:25 pm (UTC)I didn't know it was a FFW, but I still didn't really think he meant Christian was alive. It was so apparent Jack was messed up, that I didn't put anything past him. Then again, I don't put much past him, anyway. :D
