I think it's in a rough order, though not exact. But if they've been shooting since august and he's still in that green shirt with blood all over his face we're talking more than a couple episodes right? Poor guy can't catch a break!

Maybe they didn't get out of that particular day, yet. Hence, he is still bloodied.

In his last interview, Michael did say that blood is constantly being poured on him.
