My take on Juliet

Juliet:
OK, here's my take on Juliet. She is an idiot. Why? Because she accepted to go to a remote island with the men who were responsible for making sure that a bus would kill her ex-husband. Now, I don't know about you, but I personally would steer away from people who have such power and are not afraid to use it. It's like marrying someone from the Mob. But Juliet, despite being a brilliant researcher, is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree.
So, she follows these people who can control her life even more than her ex-husband could have (what a moron), finds herself on a remote island, is seduced by the leader (hey, I wouldn't mind being seduced by him), and helps him raise the daughter he stole from Danielle. (Alright, the seduction part, the raising of the child together , and stealing her from Danielle are drawn from my imagination, which, when it comes to LOST, is amazingly fertile.)
Here’s my conjecture:
Juliet becomes a nuisance. She raises Alex to think for herself. (Something that appears to be prohibited on that island.) She pisses her lover (husband, or whatever Ben is to her) and is forbidden to leave the island. (Hey Juliet, you moron, you should have seen that coming when you met Ethan and the other guy back in
Alex is now a rebel, thanks to Juliet. Ben is angry at Juliet for teaching Alex free will. Juliet wants out. Ben is a mean SOB (no, folks, I have not stopped liking him, but it is true that he is a SOB, a lovable SOB) and says "no" to her freedom.
Ben gets sick. He needs an operation. Juliet sees it as her key to freedom: Kill Ben and everything will be fine.
Juliet, you ought to read the newspapers. We have an astronaut in the
Ben finds out that Juliet wants to kill him. He makes a deal: Let me live, and you’ll be deported back to your home. Yeah, baby. Juliet, you are dumb. Ben will get better, and you will go to jail. Ben is not that dumb.
