mmmm...haven't had Persian food in a long time....wonder if I can find some good stuff around here. There are a lot of cheapie Persian restaurants that are not that great. The really good ones (at least here in CA) are crazy expensive. But you can always tell a good one when they let you have the Ghormeh Sabzi (burnt rice at the bottom of the pot with either spinach sauce or kidney bean sauce). XD
