What I Learned Watching The View

I watched The View today and I found out the following:

1. I really, really hate Elizabeth Hasselback.

2. I really, really admire Whoppi.

3. I really, really like Joy Behar's feistiness.

4. I really, really learned to like Pink.

That's all.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck makes me sad. I liked her on Survivor, and then she turned out to be crazy.

...Pink? The pop star?

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:10 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, Pink, the pop star. The woman has brains, is funny, and I respect her opinions.

And she has a figure I wish I had.

Huh, interesting. I've never been a fan of her music, but I don't know much beyond that.

She's also not had children. ;)

I will try to put today's View on disk for you to see. Or, better yet, come down to the basement tomorrow night and watch it on my small tv or in living room on the big TV.

Does it matter that she has had no children?

[identity profile] miss-sophia.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:27 am (UTC)(link)
OK! What are we doing for dinner?

Does it matter that she has had no children?

That's why she's got a rockin' body, of course!

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:31 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, I forgot about that detail about our body's deterioration.

Grandma is making some chicken meal. She has some garlic chicken defrosted.

[identity profile] miss-sophia.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:35 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, that's good. It'll give us more time to watch. :)

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:37 am (UTC)(link)
We can skip the parts that are not worth watching. I know where they are as I watched the whole show tonight.

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:44 am (UTC)(link)
We are coming home earlier, too. We should be home by 6 or 6:30.

Not as crazy as Rosie, though. I liked her, when she had her own show. She turned into a real bitch on The View.

I liked Pink's song today.

I love Whoopi and Joy!

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:27 am (UTC)(link)
Hasselback had her on show?

[identity profile] katje0711.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:32 am (UTC)(link)
Rosie had her own show! Not Elizabeth. LOL

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:34 am (UTC)(link)
Phew, I thought that I was in a coma.

Rosie was totally stressed out by Elizabeth Hasselback. That woman is evil.

[identity profile] katje0711.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:38 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, but Rosie had no reason to be such a bitch.

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:41 am (UTC)(link)
If I had to work with Hasselback, I think I'd turn into one. May she be bitten by a vampire, too. LOL

[identity profile] katje0711.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:42 am (UTC)(link)
I still lost all respect for Rosie. It went beyond how she acted toward Elizabeth.

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:43 am (UTC)(link)
Well, I can't comment much, as I didn't watch the show back then. I did watch the last few days when she finally quit earlier than expected.

[identity profile] frostiesarah.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:43 am (UTC)(link)
Hasselback gets on my nerves in the worst way, her stupidity and her "FoxNews" way of dismissing facts and reason drives me up the wall.

I love Pink

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:44 am (UTC)(link)
I just became a Pink fan today. I am tickled Pink. Pun intendend

[identity profile] frostiesarah.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:46 am (UTC)(link)
was she interviewed on the view today?

[identity profile] spicedogs.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:49 am (UTC)(link)
Yes, and she thoroughly impressed me.

[identity profile] frostiesarah.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 03:52 am (UTC)(link)
Going to youtube to watch, thanks for the heads up!

[identity profile] boheme06.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 04:33 am (UTC)(link)
I think Pink's amazing. I turned it on today not even knowing she was going to be on, and ended up watching the whole interview. She can be a hypocrite at times, but most of the time I enjoy her frankness and ability to laugh at herself, especially in today's world.

[identity profile] mrslinus17.livejournal.com 2008-10-30 05:34 pm (UTC)(link)
I've always really liked Pink. I like how she doesn't seem to take herself to seriously despite her being really succesful and having been in the limelight for ages. It's also refreshing not to have her on the front pages o magazines every week exploiting her own privacy. I've always had a little pet hate for people showing off their weddings and children for money.

I love P!nk. She has a body I'd almost die for and a voice to match. i love her type of music, and adore her new song. Ttoally love the .... "you and your hand" song too and the way it totally disrespects men because just sometimes, they desrve to be disrespected:)
