And She Is One Heart Beat Away from the Presidency.....

Now, I admit that Keith Olberman is a bit harsh (although not as nasty as Rush Limbaugh), but the truth is that she should know the Constitution. She should know the job description of the position she is hoping to get. When I am applying for a new job, I learn about the job description and make sure that I am qualified to do it. I don't think she did either for the VP position. This is scary, as she is one heart beat away form the presidency.

Yes, I have. I'll post it for easier viewing.

I love the word "extraconstitutionally." Maybe just how he says it.

LOL!!!!! She sounds like she just came from civics class. One in which she was passing notes back and forth with a friend the whole time, so she really didn't quite get what was in the lecture, and now she's spitting out garbled, semi-memorized segments of random snippets she happened to hear between reading her friend's list of the ten hottest guys in the 10th grade and writing back detailed commentary on each one.

Seriously, I feel like I've forgotten pretty much everything from my national, state, and local government class sophomore year in high school, so I am not smarter than a third grader either. In fact, I'm quite sure I'm dumber than one; I have a theory that pregnancy and childrearing kills more brain cells than cocaine. But I’m also, you know, NOT APPLYING FOR THE JOB OF VICE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. And if I were, “you betcha” I’d have studied the job description and other relevant materials so that I’d have absolutely no confusion about just what it is I’m applying to do. It's not really hard to understand that the VP is little more than a tiebreaker in the Senate.

Keith Olberman is funny! I bet Dad liked it when he went, "You're WRONG!" But that sort of talk doesn’t get you a job as the VP. A job as a newscaster, yes. A job in the political arena, no. ;)
