Not an inch of spoiler in this post

Am I the only one on Earth who has not read any of the Harry Potter books?

I havn't read a single one either. I swear, it's barren online AND around town today. Everyone's reading. Sweet, isn't it? (even though I'm totally not in on it.)

Nope, I never have. No reason. Just haven't.

*raises hand*

Did allow them a shot when my sister started reading them, but they failed to hook me.

No never felt compelled to read them either. Some of my mstes were squealing yesterday becuase we still have a postal strike going on and they were worried they would not get them delivered. I think they were going to queue up at the book shop just in case. Madness in my opinion. Now, if it was to see Michael, then i would be first in line lol

I haven't either and don't plan to.

My boyfriend is hooked on them though. =P

Not a one. And don't intend to. Cple yrs ago everyone was raving about Harry Potter, and I said NOPE. I got sucked into Tolkien, I got sucked into Earthsea, I got sucked into Piers Anthony, I got sucked into Dune. i even got sucked into CS Lewis' space trilogy, and I got roped into buying countless other multi-volume starter sets before I realized the absurdity of it all. I want my life, dangit.

Besides, I admire a writer who can say all he or she needs to say in one volume.
