He was, as I thought that he would be, very entertaining. He was supposed to promote his new book, Liberty, which he told us that he wouldn't do. And he didn't. Instead, he sang sonnets, made jokes, told stories, answered questions, etc. It was a great one-man show. Afterward, he signed autographs, talked to us individually, and allowed us to take pictures with him. What a great trooper he was. By the time, he got to us, an hour of what I call "individual fan attention moment" have passed, and the line was long enough to last another hour. During the whole time, he stood and did not sit at all. This man is amazing. He truly enjoys his fans.
We were not allowed to take pictures and record him. I will not confess to either, but here are photos of him during his talk, and, one of these days, maybe YouTube will have something with his voice uploaded:
