$&%#&#@#

Back on July 3, I wrote this in my blog:

I so wanted to see Garrison Keillor speak. It is in Baltimore to boot. But each ticket goes from $265.00 for open seating, to $395.00 for orchestra seating, per person. Now, of course, the price includes the entire series, but I cannot afford it. So if you can and live near Baltimore, take pictures or videos for me.

The lecture will be on today at 8 pm, and guess what? Tickets are now available for $37.50. Why couldn't it have been so affordable back in July? I would have bought the tickets and gone. Now, it is too late. I have other plans.

Garrison Keillor: What were you thinking?

This is a really funny essay. It talks about the recent men's-room sex between two drunken football fans.  What were they thinking? They weren't thinking and Keillor nicely makes fun of the situation.

Midwesterners usually go south to misbehave, not to the handicapped stall in a Minneapolis men's room at halftime.  )
