A bit of LJ-related panic, via[livejournal.com profile] shalimar77777  and [livejournal.com profile] divka 

LiveJournal ... has cut about 20 of 28 employees — and offered them no severance (spotted via [livejournal.com profile] nicnac ). As veterans of the last dotcom crash know, websites have a nasty habit of disappearing overnight, leaving a deafening silence in the void.

OK, maybe we are jumping the gun and LJ won't close its doors as of yet. If I were you, I would still back up my journal (in case you care about your earlier posts), just in case.

Brie is home, acting quite normally. I want to thank you all for being here for us.

She has an appointment with a vet cardiologist and will be seen by the specialists at the emergency hospital regularly. Of course, we won't talk about how much her hospitalization cost. Can one put a price tag on love?
